The general outline for a gymnastics class is as follows:
- Warm up
- Stretch
- Skills
- Conditioning
- Bible time (all classes end with a simple Bible lesson & prayer)
Mommy & Me - $30/month
Preschool - $35/month
School age (k-6th) - $40/month
Junior High and older - $45/month
